Dunn Building Company -- Greenville, Alabama
Hwashin is an automotive parts manufacturing facility specializing in body parts and chasis for Hyundai and Kia. American Fire has partnered with Dunn Building Company and completed five projects for Hwashin, including a 13,000 square foot High Bay addition, landscaping and a process piping expansion. Dunn Building Company recently completed a 120,000 square foot new facility, mezzanine addition and renovations at Hwashin. All projects were completed using design/build delivery. American Fire has provided all design/build fire protection services, including Engineer of Record (EOR) responsibilities, for a complete fire suppression solution for this long-standing client. The projects included underground fire service mains, multiple wet pipe sprinkler systems for manufacturing and storage areas, and a dry pipe system for canopy areas.
