Caddell Construction -- Bujumbura, Burundi

American Fire provided complete fire suppression system design, material, and commissioning for Caddell Construction during the design/build of a new U.S. embassy in Bujumbura, Burundi. The embassy features state-of-the-art security, communications, and information processing systems. The project was developed with an emphasis on maximum functionality for the tenants, security for embassy personnel, and achieving a built-to-last sustainable structure integrated into the local natural and cultural environment. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
